We hope every My Darling Fawn piece feels as lovely to receive as it did to choose. Should something not be quite right, eligible clothing, handbags, and shoes may be returned for My Darling Fawn store credit within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for store credit, pieces must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags, protective materials, dust bags, boxes, and packaging included where applicable.

Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned without marks, creasing, or wear to the soles. Handbags must be returned without signs of use, including marks, stains, scratches, fragrance, or alterations.

Once your return has been received and approved, your store credit will be issued for the value of the eligible returned merchandise and may be used toward a future My Darling Fawn purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Final sale, personalized, altered, and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or store credit.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Because every piece of MDF jewelry is handmade to order, to ensure that the quality is up to our standard, please allow our artisan to take the time it needs to craft your ring by hand, which typically takes up to 15-20 business days to complete (excluding in-stock items).

Should you require us to expedite the creation process, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we are able to fulfill your order with the given time constraint.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or your phone number so that you can keep track of the status of your package.

Returns & Exchanges

At My Darling Fawn, each piece is created with intention and held to exacting standards of craftsmanship. Many of our jewels are made to order especially for you, and we hope they become pieces you treasure for years to come.

Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order and intimate nature of our jewelry, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Please review all product details, sizing, materials, stone specifications, and estimated production times carefully before placing your order.

Bespoke & Personalized Pieces

Bespoke, custom-designed, engraved, resized, or otherwise personalized pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Craftsmanship Concerns

Every My Darling Fawn piece is carefully inspected before leaving the house.

If you believe your jewelry has arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Our team will assess the piece and, where a genuine manufacturing fault is identified, work with you to provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or other remedy.

Damage resulting from ordinary wear, accidental damage, improper care, loss, or alterations performed by a third party is not considered a manufacturing defect.
